New Delhi, Jan 9: The All India Congress Committee on Thursday constituted the election committee, campaign committee and political affairs committee of the MPCC with Vincent H Pala, Saleng Sangma and A Chellakumar heading the same as chairmen in that order.
The election committee headed by Pala has Tura MP Saleng Sangma, and party leaders Deborah Marak, PN Syiem, Ronnie Lyngdoh, Boldness Nongrum, JA Lyngdoh, Wansuk Syiem, ECB Bamon, Brigady N Marak, CB Syiem, Sanjay Das and Szarita Laitphlang as members.
Madonbai Rymbai is the only addition in the campaign committee in place of Sanjay Das and Szarita Laitphlang. It is headed by Saleng Sangma.
The political affairs committee is headed by AICC in charge of Meghalaya A Chellakumar. SG Esmatur Mominin, Mathew Antony, Szarita Laitphlang and Sanjay Das are members of this committee.
