City woman wins big at Delhi event

SHILLONG, Jan 15: Kiran Sharma, residing currently in Shillong, was recently crowned as First Runner-Up during the Mrs. India Pride of Nation Season 6 grand finale, organised by Glamour Gurgaon on December 28, 2024, at JW Marriott, Delhi.
According to a statement here, Kiran Sharma, wife of Col Anshul Sharma who is posted at the Director General of the Assam Rifles (DGAR), Laitkor, was crowned First Runner-Up by Barkha Nangia, chief guest Rubina Dilaik and actress Namrata Senani.
“She even earned the exceptional subtitle of ‘Mrs Confident’, an apt recognition of her poise, mentorship and personal journey that embodies empowerment,” the statement said.
“As a passionate soft skills trainer by profession, she has touched and inspired many lives through her personality development sessions. She profoundly advocates developing empathetic society. The foundation of her success comprises of her athletic personality and leadership quality,” it added.
