Missing GH minors rescued from Byrnihat labour camp

SHILLONG, March 27: Ri-Bhoi police have rescued two minors from a labour camp in Byrnihat after receiving information about their disappearance from Williamnagar.
The missing boys, identified as Jeremiah N. Marak (15) and Wedora N. Marak (14), had been untraceable since March 25. Upon tracking one of their mobile phones, its location was found in the Byrnihat Industrial Area.
Acting swiftly, Ri-Bhoi police launched a search operation and discovered both boys inside a labour camp at Marda Industries Pvt Ltd, Norbong, Byrnihat.
The rescued minors were then brought to the outpost.
