SHILLONG, June 3: The Office of the Executive Engineer, PHE Greater Shillong Water Supply Division-I, has informed that water supply has be suspended in Nongthymmai locality from June 3 to 4.
According to a statement, the disruption is attributed to emergency repair work following the bursting of a 300 mm diameter CI Feeder Main leading to the Nongthymmai Reservoir.
“Every effort is being made to complete the repair work for restoration of normal water supply by 5th June, 2025, morning,” the statement said.
