Stevenson Thabah has been awarded PhD in Biotechnology & Bioinformatics by the North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong, for his thesis ‘Characterization of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria associated with Camellia sinensis plantations in Meghalaya’, which he completed under the supervision of Prof SR Joshi. He is the son of DT Syiemlieh and Damayanti Thabah, and currently serving as an Assistant Professor, Department of Biotechnology, St. Anthony’s College, Shillong.
