People take part in a rally against drugs abuse and illicit trafficking amid heavy rains, in Mawkyrwat on Friday. The rally was organised by the Nativity Youth Centre, in collaboration with the Office of the District Social Welfare Officer and District Child Protection Unit, South West Khasi Hills.
