Bianglang Dkhar bags silver at National Taekwondo C’ship

Shillong, July 16: Khasi Students Union (Barak Valley Circle) on Wednesday congratulated Bianglang Dkhar, a member of the Khasi community from Kodomtilla (Machkhal Khasi Punjee), Lakhipur, Cachar, Assam, for his remarkable achievement at the 5th India Progressive Cup National Open Taekwondo Championship 2025, held on July 11-13 in Howrah.
Bianglang, son of Birendra Suja and Beronika Dkhar, secured a silver medal, bringing immense pride to the Khasi community, Barak Valley, and the entire state of Assam. His dedication, skill, and perseverance have not only earned him this accolade but have also set an inspiring example for aspiring athletes across the region, the KSU (Barak Valley Circle) informed.
