ANTF recovers 22 kg of ganja at Iewduh

SHILLONG, July 23: The State Anti-Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) on Tuesday evening recovered approximately 22 kg of suspected ganja during a routine inspection at Iewduh.
According to officials, the contraband was found inside abandoned bags during the course of the checking operation.
Upon examination, the bags were found to contain multiple small packets of the suspected substance.
The seized contraband will be processed in accordance with the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act and secured at the designated NDPS Malkhana.
