SHILLONG, Aug 1: A girl from Shillong recently cracked the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2025, securing an impressive All-India Rank (AIR) of 2967.
Nistha Gautam, who is the daughter of Ram Saran Gautam and Radhika Gautam, and a resident of Upper Mawprem, Shillong, had earlier topped Meghalaya in both sessions of JEE Main with percentile scores of 99.435 and 99.589, respectively.
Gautam has now secured a seat at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati and aims to pursue B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science Engineering.
