NEW DELHI, Aug 26: KFin Technologies has paid Rs 87.7 lakh to Sebi to settle a case related to alleged flouting of regulatory norms.
The settlement came after KFin filed a settlement application in August 2024.
Sebi will not initiate enforcement proceedings against KFin Technologies for the violations, but may take further action if misrepresentation is discovered or if the company breaches the terms of the settlement.
The order came after Sebi conducted an inspection of KFin Technologies and found they failed to exercise due diligence. (PTI)
