Rotary holds workshop for EWKH schoolteachers

SHILLONG, Sep 14: A two-day workshop on ‘Teachers’ Effectiveness’ for secondary schoolteachers of Eastern West Khasi Hills district was organised by the Rotary Club Shillong Heritage and Rotary Club Orchid City at the Multipurpose Hall, DC’s Office, Mairang, recently.
According to a statement here, a total of 64 participants from various schools attended the programme.
The inaugural function was attended by Eastern West Khasi Hills Deputy Commissioner Anita Kharpor.
Meanwhile, the valedictory function was attended by District School Education Officer Ella Begum Laskar and Sub-Divisional School Education Officer John Thyrniang as the chief guest and the guest of honour respectively.
