SHILLONG, Oct 9: As part of the Special Campaign 5.0, the National Statistics Office, Field Operations Division, Regional Office Shillong, on Thursday organised a cleaning drive around Ward’s Lake area.
The campaign began with a preparatory phase from 15th to 30th September 2025, during which specific targets were identified for cleaning. The implementation phase commenced on October 2 and will culminate on October 31.
As part of these efforts, the office organised a cleaning drive at Ward’s Lake area. A similar cleanliness drive was also conducted within the NSO (FOD) Shillong office and its premises. The activity included weeding out old files and disposing of waste and scrapped items.
