Achievement

Munmee Goswami has been awarded PhD by the Department of Chemistry, North-Eastern Hill University (NEHU), Shillong, for her thesis titled ‘Synthesis and Evaluation of Biological Activities of Five- and Six-Membered Nitrogen and Oxygen Containing Heterocycles,’ which she completed under the supervision of Prof RL Nongkhlaw. She is the granddaughter of Malaya Goswami and Madan Mohan Goswami, and a resident of Meramukh, Lakhimpur, Assam.
