Curb lifted
The Office of the Sub-Divisional Officer (C), Pynursla, has informed that the daily traffic restriction along the stretch from Laitlyngkot to Lyngkyrdem (Chainage Kms 24+00–37+00) of the Shillong-Dawki road will be temporarily lifted on Monday and Tuesday. A notification in this regard informed that the measure will allow full-day movement of traffic for the two consecutive days, so as to facilitate smoother travel for commuters along this route. The general public has also been asked to plan their journeys accordingly.
