The Department of Economics, NEHU, in collaboration with the Society for Pathways to Sustainability (PathS), the Omeo Kumar Das Institute of Social Change and Development (OKDISCD), Guwahati, and the ICSSR–North Eastern Regional Centre, Shillong, will being a two-day International Conference on Sustainable Development: Theory, Practice, Approach and Policy at NEHU, Shillong. The Inaugural Function of the conference is scheduled to be held at 11 am at Raj Bhavan, Shillong, with Governor CH Vijayashankar as the chief guest.
