Langsning, Nongkseh lock horns in semifinal

Shillong, Dec 8: The SSA Champions Cup has reached its decisive stage, with four in-form teams set for two high-stakes semifinals at the SSA Stadium, First Ground, Polo.
Langsning, champions of the Shillong Premier League and Group A toppers, will face Nongkseh, the unbeaten First Division champions and Group B runners-up, in the first semifinal on Tuesday at 4:30pm.On Wednesday, Shillong Lajong (SPL runners-up and Group B winners) take on Meghalaya Police, the First Division runners-up who finished second in Group A.
Langsning enter the knockouts after a dominant 6-0 win over Mawkasiang, led by in-form striker Donlad Diengdoh and a solid defence anchored by goalkeeper Rajat Paul Lyngdoh.
Nongkseh, on the other hand, arrive with a 13-match unbeaten run in SSA competitions this year, powered by the likes of Chesterpaul Lyngdoh, Hardy Cliff Nongbri, Kitboklang Pale, and Kynsaibor Lhuid.
