Rupee slides 25 paise, closing at record 90.74 against USD

MUMBAI, Dec 15: The Indian rupee plunged to an all-time low of 90.74 against the US dollar on Monday, driven by trade deal uncertainty with the US and persistent foreign fund outflows. Meanwhile, Sensex slipped, foreign investors sold equities worth over Rs 1,100 crore, and forex reserves rose to USD 687.26 billion. (PTI)
