Dhaka, Feb 14: Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) president Aminul Islam has opted not to travel to Colombo for the India–Pakistan fixture at the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup, reversing an earlier indication that he might attend.
Senior BCB officials confirmed that Aminul took the decision after internal discussions, choosing instead to return to Dhaka from Kuwait, where he had been present for an Asian Cricket Council meeting.The BCB chief had previously suggested he could travel to Colombo. (Agencies)
