DDMA Control Room for law and order set up in Tura

Tura, March 13: In view of the prevailing law and order situation in the district and the curfew promulgated to maintain peace and tranquility, the District Administration of West Garo Hills has set up a Control Room to ensure effective supervision and close monitoring of the situation.
According to a notice issued by the Office of the District Magistrate, Vibhor Aggarwal, IAS, the Control Room has been established at the office premises of the District Disaster Management Authority in Tura. The facility has been set up to assist the public and to address any queries related to the prevailing situation in the district.
Members of the public having any enquiries or requiring assistance may contact the Control Room at the dedicated numbers 6009926806 or 1077.
The District Administration has also requested the public to cooperate with the authorities and adhere to the guidelines issued in order to maintain peace and normalcy in the district.
