Actress and politician Kangana Ranaut alleged that Bollywood superstars often bully filmmakers, leaving them overworked, underpaid, and uncredited.
She contrasted this with Hollywood, where directors like Spielberg, Tarantino, and Nolan often outrank actors in recognition.
Praising director Aditya Dhar for Dhurandhar 2’s success, she called him a “superstar director” and highlighted his work as inspiring for aspiring filmmakers, while noting that many in India focus only on acting rather than technical or directorial careers. (IANS)
