Rotary Club of Shillong presented one ‘Chicken & Egg Push Cart’ each to three unemployed youth in a programme at Polo Resort, Sohra

Rotary Club of Shillong presented one ‘Chicken & Egg Push Cart’ each to three unemployed youth in a programme at Polo Resort, Sohra, on Saturday. The push carts are equipped with gas stove, utensils and other necessary implements to enable the beneficiaries to start a food stall as a source of livelihood. The beneficiaries who have received adequate training at Polo Resort were selected by Dorbar Hima Sohra and the food carts have been sponsored by National Egg
Coordination Committee. The club hopes to extend the unique livelihood programme in future.
