Book fair promotes reading habits among KV students

SHILLONG, May 12: PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya Umroi Cantonment, in collaboration with the Field Post Office (FPO), 11 Brigade, organised an NCERT Book Fair on Monday to promote reading habits and provide affordable access to quality educational resources.
Held at the school library, the fair featured a comprehensive display of NCERT textbooks for Classes I to VIII.
A key attraction was a 15 per cent discount on all books, which drew a large number of students and parents interested in academic enrichment across subjects like Science, Mathematics and Social Science.
