Unclaimed body
An unidentified 20-year-old male patient was brought from Them Bijoy by a 108 ambulance and admitted in the Made Medical Ward of Civil Hospital, Shillong, on April 24 afternoon. He, however, passed away at 9 am on May 9. In this regard, the hospital’s Joint Director of Health Services (SS) said that no relatives have attended to the patient since his admission. His body has been shifted to the morgue. All concerned persons have been urged to identify and collect the cadaver.
