Jennifer Aniston, best known for Friends, has once again drawn attention after an old podcast clip resurfaced in which she spoke candidly about remaining child-free.
Speaking with Monica Padman, Aniston described life without children as “so peaceful” and said becoming a parent was ultimately beyond her control.
While she acknowledged briefly imagining what life might have been like with children, she said those thoughts quickly passed, adding that motherhood “just wasn’t in the plan.”
She also revealed that adoption was not the path she wanted, saying she had hoped for a biological child.
Actor Dax Shepard jokingly remarked that such thoughts fade after seeing the realities of family vacations.
Aniston, who was previously married to Brad Pitt and later Justin Theroux, has long addressed public scrutiny over her personal life.
She has repeatedly stressed that a woman’s happiness and success should not be measured by marriage or motherhood. (IANS)
