NONGSTOIN: Jesparlin Wanniang and Peter Sohphoh, both hailing from West Khasi Hills, were arrested in Nongstoin on Monday on charges of stealing batteries, and others construction materials belonging to BSC C&C JV company.
The stolen items were recovered from a shop located at Malki Point, Shillong. along with cash Rs.1500.
