Scooters torched

SHILLONG: As many as three scooters have been burnt down in Paltan Bazar area of the city in the last five days.
While a scooty (ML-05L-8337) was set on fire on February 18, on February 23 at around 1.30 am, unknown miscreants torched two more scooties (MLK-05M-1038 & ML-05B-5997).
When contacted, Police did not rule out the possible link between the incidents. No arrests have been made so far.
