Extenstion of service opposed

SHILLONG: The employees of MeECL are irked over the proposed move of the State Government to extend the service of  Elias Lyngdoh , Director (Generation) MeECL after his retirement on May 31.
A senior member, part of the employees orgnisation on Monday threatened to move the court to expose several shortcomings in the implementation of Leshka hydel project when Lyngdoh was handling the project.
