SHILLONG: A man allegedly raped his step-daughter at Mawkhanu under Rynjah police station.
The incident occurred on September 21, when one Sebarin Nongkynrih (41 yrs) raped his 10-year-old step-daughter at his residence.
The accused was arrested by the police.
Ths is among one of the many instances of sexual abuseof minors that have come to light in the state in the past few months.
