Hill State leader dead

JOWAI: Note Hill State movement leader and former general secretary of APHLC Tylli Kyndiah passed away at Jowai on Thursday. He was 81. Kyndiah was elected as the member of the JHADC in 1974. He made it to the State Assembly in 1978.
