SHILLONG: An unidentified woman was found lying unconscious at Lumshngain, Rynjah on November 13.The woman has been shifted to Civil Hospital, Shillong.In another incident, a woman lodged a complaint that on November 12, unidentified miscreants snatched away her gold chain near Step by Step School at Barik Point by sprinkling chili powder in her eyes.
No arrest has been made so far in the case.
