SHILLONG: On the ocassion of International Child Rights Day, Spark foundation along with IGNOU Social Work students organized a three-day programme for children to sensitize them on child rights at Anjali and Mawlong Villages from November 20 to 22.
A child-friendly session was delivered to explain children about their basic rights as per the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child which includes Right to Survival, Right to Protection , Right to Development and Right to Participation. This was  followed by an interactive session with the children who also shared their experiences.
