SHILLONG: The NSS unit of Shillong College Unit observed the Constitution Day on November 26. On the occasion, Programme Officer, S. Khyriemmujat highlighted the importance and aspects of the Indian Constitution. The programme concluded with the reading of the pledge and the Preamble of the Constitution by the students.
