MAWKYRWAT: Shillong MP Vincent Pala on Tuesday inaugurated the VIP gallery at Nolikata Stadium at Ranikor in South West Khasi Hills in the presence of local MLA, M M and MDC, M Nongrem. Pala dedicated the gallery to the people of the constituency. On the occasion a memorandum was also submitted to the MP by the local MLA and the former assured to look into it.
