SHILLONG: The United Democratic Party has wished the people of the State a very healthy, prosperous and happy new year. In a statement issued here, general secretary of UDP, Allantry Franklin Dkhar said that as a party it firmly resolved to work harder this coming New Year to address all issues that have hindered the progress of the state as per the aspirations of the people.
