MLA’s sealed building burgled

SHILLONG: The sealed building of Independent legislator Lambok Mylliem was burgled on Friday.
One Gerald Roach lodged a complaint that on January 15 at around 2 pm, three persons, Sanju Deb (43),  K. Syiemlieh (32) and Jenuwel Kharsawian (39) stole copper wire, iron rods and plates from the sealed building of Mylliem at Lumdiengsoh, Motinagar.
Later, the police arrested the accused persons.
The house of the legislator is one of the several buildings which were sealed following the High Court order restricting the height of buildings beyond the permissible limit of ground floor plus three (more floors).
