Lady duped of Rs. 3 lakh by Medical seat offer

SHILLONG: A lady lodged a complaint on Tuesday, that 2 persons promised to admit her daughter in a College of Medical Science at Bharatpur, Nepal but on reaching Nepal on November 5, she was denied admission. The miscreants, Ganesh of Mookyndur (West Jaintia Hills) and one lady, Sumit from Nepal asked her to deposit Rs. 5 lakhs. The complainant deposited Rs. 3 lakh. But,  later, the complainant asked Sumit to refund the money, but she refused.
