2 dead in accidents

SHILLONG: One person was fatally knocked down at Nongkasen village in West Khasi Hills.The incident happened on Monday when one Maruti Alto car (ML-06-5338) driven by one Daniel Nongsiej knocked down one Shanbor Lyngkhoi (18) at Nongkasen village (WKH). In another incident, on the same night, one vehicle (ML-05K-8177) driven by Bidhan Das (29) capsized on the road at Lad Zero Umsning (Ri Bhoi). The driver died on the spot while one occupant sustained injuries.
