SHILLONG: The Khastsawphra College and Higher Secondary School, Mariang on Thursday felicitated its first batch of students who made the cut in the MBoSE conducted HSSLC Arts and Commerce examinations. Additional Advocate General, government of Meghalaya W H D Syngkong was the Chief Guest on the occasion.
