UTP escapes, rearrested

SHILONG: An under trial prisoner (UTP), who escaped from Shillong Civil Hospital on Thursday, has been rearrested. Police said that Monu Masih (20), arrested in connection with a theft case, escaped from Shillong Civil Hospital on Thursday morning.  A police patrol party arrested him from Grand Hotel Point in the afternoon.
