Minor washed away in Tura

SHILLONG: A minor boy was washed away by strong currents in a stream near Supari Bagan, Hawakhana in Tura on Monday.The 12-year-old victim identified as Bipul Roy had gone to the stream for a bath when the unfortunate incident occurred.The body was later recovered from Salanggre and was sent to the Tura civil hospital for postmortem.
