Meghalaya man kidnapped in Delhi rescued

SHILLONG: A man from the state who was abducted in Delhi was rescued by police there. A woman Dorothy Keivom lodged a complaint that on September 21, she received a call informing her that unidentified miscreants have abducted her husband Lalneisung along with two other persons in Delhi and that the abductors are demanding Rs. 15 lakh for their release.
Following this, on September 21, the complainant sent Rs. 3 lakh, however, the victim was rescued by Delhi police on September 24.
