SHILLONG: Prof Henry Lamin has been appointed as the Pro-Vice Chancellor of NEHU.
Lamin (58) hailing from Mukroh village, West Jaintia Hills earlier held the post of Assistant Professor in the Department of Anthropology NEHU. He was promoted as Associate Professor in 1996. In 1993, he had contested and won from Nartiang-Barato Constituency and later held the post of Minister in Charge, Education.
