SHILLONG:  An eleven-year-old girl was allegedly  raped  at Mawdiangsnam village in West Khasi  Hills.  One  Morningstar Thongni lodged a complaint that on September  25, at about 3 pm, one Pynwanbor Kharbani raped the minor.
