Woman raped, strangulated

SHILLONG: One unidentified person allegedly raped and strangulated a woman in West Jaintia Hills.
The woman  lodged a complaint that on October   12 at about 9.30 am, one unidentified person strangulated and raped her near Derpasa and also took away her cell-phone and Rs. 90.
