SHILLONG: A person impersonated as a lawyer prompting the Shillong Bar Association to file a case against him.Kishore Ch Gautam, the secretary of Shillong Bar Association lodged a complaint that on November 18 one Gopal Pathak of Happy Valley impersonated as lawyer and cheated some members of the public.
