NONGSTOIN: Nongstoin MDC L.G. Nongsiej on Saturday launched the third phase of his MDC scheme for beneficiaries of the constituency. Nongsiej handed over the work order at different venues this week and on Saturday the scheme was launched at Nongpyndeng. He informed that the scheme will provide for the construction of footpath, community hall, schools for villages under Nongstoin.
