U-15 football: Sohryngkham edge past Laitkor 2-1

SHILLONG: Sohryngkham rallied to beat Laitkor 2-1 in the U-15 football tourney organized by the Shillong Sports Association at Ground III Polo on Wednesday. While Laitkor opened the account in the 3rd minute through a W. Nongspung goal, Sohryngkham restored parity in the 42nd minute with M. Nongbet striking the net. Later A. Kharkongor scored the second and decisive goal for Sohryngkham in the 68th minute. On Thursday Shillong Lajong will play Madanrting.
