Man held for raping mentally unstable girl

NONGSTOIN: A 24-year-old man was arrested in West Khasi Hills on Thursday for allegedly raping a mentally unstable girl.
According to police, the accused Pletstar Wanniang of Mawkarah village committed the crime on May 10.
He was arrested after the parents of the victim filed an FIR at Mairang police station on Thursday.
He was booked under POCSO act.
