Beef party held in Tura

SHILLONG: In protest against the Centres notification banning cattle slaughter, the former BJP members joined a beef and bitchi (rice beer) feast in Tura on Saturday organised by former BJP functionary Bernard Marak. The feast was attended by Bachu Marak, former president of BJP North Garo Hills, Wilver Graham Danggo, former president of BJYM Tura together with other members of the party who quit last week.
