Shillong: A Mahindra pick up met with an accident with a Tata truck on Wednesday at 9:20 am.
The incident happened at NH 44 Puriang, Mawryngkneng Block in East Khasi Hills, when the truck, heading towards Guwahati hit the Mahindra Pick up coming from the opposite direction, police said.
The driver of the Mahindra pick up Wanches Dhar (28) sustained injury.
The 108 ambulance based at Mawryngkneng help in shifting the victim to Civil Hospital Shillong.
